Payment must be made within 5 days or proceeding through checkout. Orders not paid for within this time frame will be re-stocked. Our system is set to cancel all unpaid for orders after 10 days.
We accept Bank Deposit, Paypal, Money Orders and Personal Cheques (subject to clearance). |

Tear Bears, Stamps & Scrapbooks offer Flat Rate shipping of $5.50 within Australia {excluding totes}.
All items are sent in perfect condition, packaged carefully to insure they arrive in your post box in that same condition. |

| Refund Policy: |
In the event of receiving a faulty item, you must notify us within 48 hours.
Any faulty items must be returned to us within 7 days, at buyers expense, for refund or replacement item. |

All orders will be picked & packed within 48 hours of being submitted.
Items are posted daily Monday - Friday. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed but not
picked & packed until the next working day. |
